When VSEL=0: If VMON=0 then VoRX>85% of VoRX typical; If VMON=1 then VoRX<95% of VoRX typical. When VSEL=1: If VMON=0 then VoRX>84% of VoRX typical; If VMON=1 then VoRX<96% of VoRX typical.
