-25℃、30分 → 常温、30分 → 55℃、30分 を 1サイクルとして、20回繰り返します。

１１－５ 振動試験

11-5 Vibration

振動周波数 10～55Hz、全振幅 1.5mmの振動を、X,Y,Zの 3方向に各々 60分加えます。

Apply vibration of amplitude of 1.5mm with 10 to 55Hz bands to each of

3 perpendicular directions (x, y, z) for an hour.

１１－６ 衝撃試験

11-6 Shock

Apply shock of 100G sinewave by standard shock tester to each 3 perpendicular

directions (x, y, z). (1G=9.8m/s

１１－７ はんだ耐熱性

11-7 Soldering heat

図７のリフローはんだ付け条件にて２回リフローを行います。ただし２回目のリフロ

ーは、１回目のリフロー後、常温に冷却した後に行います。
