Positive supply pin. This pin is over voltage protected.

4.5V- Regulator output, internally regulated from VDD. This pin needs
an external ceramic capacitor of 2.2μF. Connect second terminal of
capacitor to GND intended for the top die.

4.5V- Regulator output, internally regulated from VDD. This pin needs
an external ceramic capacitor of 2.2μF. Connect second terminal of
capacitor to GND intended for the bottom die.
