E-ZZ-LLINK ..025" SSQUARE SSOCKET CCONTINUOUS JJUMPERS

E-Z-Link continuous jumpers are designed to facilitate pre-testing back

panel layouts before final wire wrapping. They eliminate costly in-plant

measuring, stripping and crimping. E-Z-Links individually fit over standard

wire wrapped pins to form any desired network.

Connector CConstruction:

Brass body. Gold or tin-plated beryllium copper contact spring.

Lead W

Wire:

28 AWG PVC.

Colors: Available in 10 colors.

Assembly: Each connector crimped onto lead wire and insulated with .75”(19mm)

heat shrink sleeve.

Ordering iinformation:

Part No.- # of links-color ( Ex. L4-050-BLK or LT2-100-BLK)

Available in 25, 50, 100, and 250 link sets. When ordering 25 and 50

links please use 025 and 050 to indicate number of links.

SPECIFICATIONS:

CONTACTS: One-piece .025”(.635mm) square gold-plated beryllium copper spring wire bonded in place.

END CONTACTS—Lock-on under end leads of DIP.

INBOARD CONTACTS—Slide-on. Wiping action against DIP legs.

LEAD SSPACING: .100” (2.54mm) lead spacing on .300” (7.62mm) row centers.

BODY CCONSTRUCTION: High strength, molded plastic with barrier strips for insulation between contacts.
