MICRO-HHOOK: XM

The XM Micro-Hook is designed for use where weight and leverage may

damage components. Its lightweight body (less than 1 gram) and hypo-action

easily allows for direct hook up to delicate wires and components. Insulation

to a single contact point assures accurate readings and the barrier on the tip

prevents shorting between components.

Construction: One-piece beryllium copper, gold-plated conductor

and hook. Made for connections over component leads up to

.025” (.635mm) diameter. Durable nylon body and plunger.

Stainless steel compression coil spring provides approximately 8

ounces (227 grams) contact pressure.

Part is field serviceable (see page 1).

Construction: Identical to standard XM model except a one-piece gold-

plated beryllium copper blade forms hook, conductor and .025”

(.635mm) square pin. Pin is accessible through lead exit slot in plunger

and permits connection to .025” square or .030” round sockets.

The E-Z-Micro-Lock XG series test connectors are designed to slip into plated-

through PC board test point holes and lock onto the board freeing your hands

and providing a safe, sure, short-free test connection. Available in 3 sizes to fit

holes ranging from .025” (.635mm) to .042” (1.066mm) diameters.

Construction: One-piece beryllium copper, gold-plated conductor

and closed-design hook in 3 sizes to fit specific PC board holes.

MICRO-LLOCK HHOOK: XG

XM HHIGH TTEMPERATURE

Construction: Identical to standard XM model except body and plunger are

molded of mineral reinforced nylon for maximum temperature of 150OC

(300OF) over short time cycles. Over extended time periods, maximum

temperature is 122OC (250OF). Resistant to a wide variety of oils, solvents

and chemicals.

Colors: Black and white.
