Timing Diagram

The device is able to dynamically enable and disable the spread spectrum feature by switching on and off the

SSON pin. During and after the spread spectrum feature is enabled and disabled, the device produces no no-

ticeable settle time in the frequency trend.

The transition of the frequency trend is glitch-free when the spread spectrum feature is enabled and disabled.

The duty cycle of the output signals remains 50% during and after the transition.
