this

high

speed

source offers a cost effective solution without

sacrificing

performance.

The

source

covers

a

frequency range of 4.5 MHz to 6.0 GHz with

a switching speed of 100 Microseconds. Spurious

levels are greater than -65 dBc and Phase

noise at 1.0 GHz is greater than -130 dBc/Hz at

10 KHz offset.
