Note 8: Connected as Voltage Follower with 4.0V step input. Number specified is the slower of the positive and negative slew rates. V+ = 5V and RL = 150Ω con-
nected to 2.5V. Amp excited with 1 kHz to produce VO = 4VPP.
Note 9: Connected as Voltage Follower with 4.0V step input. Number specified is the slower of the positive and negative slew rates. V+ = 5V, V= −5V and
RL = 150Ω connected to 0V. Amp excited with 1 kHz to produce VO = 4VPP.
Note 10: Differential gain and phase measured with a 4.5 MHz signal into a 150
