DESCRIPTION

STV7620S/M/F is a data driver for Plasma Display

Panel (PDP) designed in the ST proprietary BCD

high voltage technology. A new shape of the out-

put pulse generated by the STV7620S/M/F en-

sures a noticeable EMI reduction. Three different

versions are available with various falling edge

shapes. Using a 6 bit wide data bus, they can con-

trol 96 high current & high voltage outputs. The

STV7620S/M/F is supplied with a separated 70V

power output supply and a 5V logic supply. All

command inputs are CMOS and 3.3V logic levels

compatible.
