In 10BT mode, this bit indicates that Manchester data has been detected.

In 100BT mode, it indicates valid signal has been received but not nec-

essarily locked on to.

RX_LOCK

Indicates the receive PLL has locked onto the received signal for the se-

lected speed of operation (10BASE-T or 100BASE-TX). This bit is set

whenever a cycle-slip occurs, and will remain set until it is read.

ARB_STATE

HIGHEST

Highest state of auto-negotiation state machine since reset on last read

operation.
