Note 3: An internal zener at the GATE
n pin clamps the charge pump
voltage to a typical maximum operating voltage of 26V. External overdrive
of the GATE
n pin beyond the internal zener voltage may damage the part.
The GATE
n capacitance must be < 0.15
µF at maximum VCC. If a lower

n pin voltage is desired, use an external zener diode.
