Typical Performance

The following plots show typical performance characteristics of CMX90A702 measured on the evaluation board (Part

Number EV90A702). Board losses have been de-embedded from the measurements, and s-parameter results are

taken using TRL calibration technique.

Test conditions unless otherwise noted:-

Vd12 = Vd3 = 4.0 V, Idq12 = 73 mA, Idq3 = 109 mA, Ta = 25 ˚C, Zo = 50 Ω
