Disable I²C and I3C digital interfaces. Default value: 0

(0: enable I²C and I3C digital interfaces; 1: disable I²C and I3C digital interfaces)

SPI serial interface mode selection. Default value: 0

(0: 4-wire interface; 1: 3-wire interface)

SDA_PU_EN

Enable pull-up on the SDA pin. Default value: 0
