ESD-Protection All pins have an ESD Protection of >2000V. Additionally the pins VDDE, VSSE and AOUT have an ESD Protection of >4000V. ESD Protection referred to the human body model is tested with devices in SSOP14 packages during product qualification. The ESD test follows the human body model with 1.5kOhm/100pF based on MIL 883, Method 3015.7. 20 Usage: If “Required” is specified, an electrical connection is necessary – refer to the application circuits Connection: To be connected to this potential, if not used or no application/configuration related constraints are given |
