Port4 works at force mode.
1: force mode, disable port4 NWAY capability
0: auto-negotiation with all capability enabled (default)
It’s set by pin 85 if MII0 is in PHY mode and it’s set by pin 76 if
MII0 is in MAC mode.
It is valid only if p4ext is pulled low.
86, 77
P3_FORCE

Port3 works at force mode.
1: force mode, disable port3 NWAY capability
0: auto-negotiation with all capability enabled (default)
It’s set by pin 86 if MII0 is in PHY mode and it’s set by pin 77 if
MII0 is in MAC mode.
It is valid only if p4ext is pulled low.
