Each step of EVR is equivalent to a capacitance of 60 fF. Recommended value to EVR is 2-6 (EVR must always be smaller than TVR). ETC_WAIT Enviromental tracking calibration wait time Address: 0x0E Type: R/W Reset: 0x27 Description: Wait time for ETC operation, from the first instance of all 12 keys returning to no-touch status. ETC wait time = ETC_Wait[7:0] *64 *clock period.
