75 / 126 page  M24LR64-R Commands codes Doc ID 15170 Rev 9 75/126 26.2 Stay Quiet Command code = 0x02 On receiving the Stay Quiet command, the M24LR64-R enters the Quiet State if no error occurs, and does NOT send back a response. There is NO response to the Stay Quiet command even if an error occurs. When in the Quiet state: ● the M24LR64-R does not process any request if the Inventory_flag is set, ● the M24LR64-R processes any Addressed request The M24LR64-R exits the Quiet State when: ● it is reset (power off), ● receiving a Select request. It then goes to the Selected state, ● receiving a Reset to Ready request. It then goes to the Ready state. The Stay Quiet command must always be executed in Addressed mode (Select_flag is reset to 0 and Address_flag is set to 1). Table 36.
