DESCRIPTION

This application specific MOSFET is the lastest

generation

of

STMicroelectronics

unique

“STripFET™” technology. The resulting transistor

is optimized for low on-resistance and minimal

gate charge. The Chip-scaled PowerFLAT™ pack-

age allows a significant board space saving, still

boosting the performance.
