Moisture sensitivity

CreerecommendskeepingXLampLEDsintheprovided,resealablemoisture-barrierpackaging(MBP)untilimmediatelypriortosoldering.

Unopened MBPs that contain XLamp LeDs do not need special storage for moisture sensitivity.

OncetheMBPisopened,XLampMK-RLEDsmaybestoredasMSL1perJEDECJ-STD-033,meaningtheyhaveunlimitedfloorlifein

conditionsof≤30ºC/85%relativehumidity(RH).Regardlessofstoragecondition,CreerecommendssealinganyunsolderedLEDsinthe

original MBP.
