• A/D converter ref+ (AVRH) power supply input pin

• Flash devices do not have a protection circuit against

VCC for pin AVRH

• CMOS level output (programmable IOL = 5mA,

IOH = -5mA and IOL = 2mA, IOH = -2mA)

• CMOS hysteresis input with input shutdown function

• Automotive input with input shutdown function

• Programmable pull-up resistor: 50k
