7.4.4.5 Rules When Using Size Attributes
Secondary effects can be generated when the
shape format is not respected.
The 3 figures below describe the combination of
parallel size attributes to obtain the different char-
acter sizes:
· Double Width
· Double Height
· Double Size

Attribute
In parallel mode, double width on character can be
obtained using the following rule (Figure 64 on
page 111):
It is important to set Double Width (bit 3 of the
shape attribute) on the current character attribute
and Single Size on the following one. The second
character location can be either a serial attribute or
another character.
On the contrary, if a new color or a Double Width
attribute is set in the second attribute location, the
second part of the character is overlapped.
