This attribute concerns two consecutive rows. The character to magnify must be repeated on the two rows. Bits 2 and 3 of the shape attribute must be set on the two locations. In addition bit 4 must be set or reset to define the top or bottom half-character. Figure 66. Double Size Examples 7.4.4.9 Example of using Underline Attribute In parallel mode, the Underline mode on character can be obtained simply by setting the bit 1 ‘US’ of the shape attribute. To underline double height characters, set the US bit on the attribute associat- ed with the lower part of the character. The underline attribute is ignored in the upper half- character.
