18 / 104 page  4.1 Power-up sequence When Vdd and Vdd_IO are set, the device enters a deep power-down state: this is an ultralow current condition in which the device is powered but with a very aggressive trade-off in current consumption. In order to wake up the device, the first step is to perform a power-up command bringing the device into a soft power-down state: the device is now ready to be configured and generate data. The LIS2DUXS12 offers 4 different operating modes able to generate accelerometer and temperature data: high-performance mode, low-power mode, ultralow-power mode and one-shot mode. Figure 8.
