length>

-PLAY TONE,<alpha id>,<tone>,<Time unit>,<Time interval>

-SET UP MENU,<the number of item>,<alpha id>

-SELECT ITEM, <the number of item>,<alpha id>

-ITEM,<index>,<id>,<item string>

-SEND SHORT MESSAGE,<alpha id>,<addr>,<sms tpdu>
