000b: The photodiode PROX0 is connected to the proximity

engine.

010b: Both photodiodes PROX0 and PROX1 are connected to the

proximity engine.

All other PD_MUX_SEL values are reserved and should not use.

ENAB_TEMP_

SENSOR

0RW

This field activates temperature sensor.

Set PEN =TEN =ENAB_TEMP_SENSOR =1 to enable temperature

measurement.
