At power-up and after Set Default, content of this register is set to ‘0’. 2. The RATS Register is used only in ISO 14443A-4 Protocol mode. It contains information sent by PCD in RATS command. The register informs the controller about maximum frame size that the PCD can handle and the attributed CID number.
