C10 = 1 : the luminance levels are provided by the LESCREEN and LECHAR input pins.

: C11 = 0 : Video Full Page Mode. A stable full page mode text is displayed while the screen

background is the unlocked video input signal.

C11 = 1 : Normal full page mode is active.

The output of this register is synchronized by the horizontal sync (except C7). The RESET message clears

this register.
