155 / 264 page ![]() 6.4 External Memory Interfaces 6.4.1 General-Purpose Memory Controller (GPMC) 6.4.1.1 GPMC/NOR Flash Interface Synchronous Timing OMAP3530/25 Applications Processor www.ti.com SPRS507F – FEBRUARY 2008 – REVISED OCTOBER 2009 The OMAP3530/25 processor includes the following external memory interfaces: • General-purpose memory controller (GPMC) • SDRAM controller (SDRC) The GPMC is the OMAP3530/25 unified memory controller used to interface external memory devices such as: • Asynchronous SRAM-like memories and ASIC devices • Asynchronous page mode and synchronous burst NOR flash • NAND flash Table 6-3 and Table 6-4 assume testing over the recommended operating conditions (see Figure 6-2 through Figure 6-5) and electrical characteristic conditions.
