Inclination Quantization Error TEMPERATURE SENSOR The TEMP_OUT control register allows the end user to monitor the internal temperature of the ADIS16201 to an accuracy of ±5°C. The output data is presented in a straight binary format with a nominal 25°C die temperature correlating to a 1278 LSB read through the TEMP_OUT output data register. The temperature scale factor of −2.129 LSB/°C allows for a resolution of less than 0.5°C in the temperature reading within the output data register. |
