Signal and Noise Gain and Phase of the Transimpedance Amplifier Design with Compensation The dominant output noise sources in the transimpedance amplifier design are the input voltage noise of the amplifier, VNOISE, and the resistor noise due to RF. The effect due to the current noise is negligible in comparison. The gray line in Figure 60 shows the noise gain and phase over frequencies for the transimpedance amplifier.
