BOOT_MODE = GND:
Wait TBOOT1 ms after applying VDD ≥ VDDmin; FXLS8967AF enters Standby mode
and waits for I2C/SPI commands.
BT_MODE = VDD:
Wait TBOOT2 ms after setting the INT1 / MOT_DET pin high. FXLS8967AF
automatically transitions into WAKE (
SENS_CONFIG1[ACTIVE] bit is
automatically set, see callout 7).

Standby
Hibernate
BOOT_MODE = GND:
Set
SENS_CONFIG5[HIBERNATE_EN] = 1; the device may then be woken up
only by toggling the SPI_CS_B / WAKE_UP pin.
BOOT_MODE = VDD:
The host MCU drives the MOT_DET pin low for ≥ TMOT-HIB ms to enter Hibernate
mode. The device remains in Hibernate mode as long as the MOT_DET pin
remains low.[1]

The host MCU must toggle the SPI_CS_B / WAKE_UP pin
BT_MODE = VDD:
FXLS8967AF exits Hibernate mode and begins the BOOT sequence when the
MOT_DET pin is pulled high.

BT_MODE = GND:
Enable the EXT_TRIG input function by setting
SENS_CONFIG4[INT2_FUNC] =
1.
BT_MODE = VDD:
The EXT_TRIG function is not available when BT_MODE = VDD; this transition is
not possible

Disable the EXT_TRIG input function by setting
SENS_CONFIG4[INT2_FUNC] =
0.
BT_MODE = VDD:
The EXT_TRIG function is not available when BT_MODE = VDD; this transition is

WAKE
BT_MODE = GND:
To initiate an ADC conversion, signal a low to high state transition on the INT2/
EXT_TRIG pin.
BT_MODE = VDD:
The EXT_TRIG function is not available when BT_MODE = VDD; this transition is
not possible

BT_MODE = GND:
FXLS8967AF automatically returns to the EXT_TRIG state once the previously
triggered measurement has completed.
BT_MODE = VDD:
The EXT_TRIG function is not available when BT_MODE = VDD; this transition is
not possible
