Enable histogram readout; the internal state machine will stop when a

histogram (e.g. calibration) is available and wait for readout by the

host. If the selected histogram is readout, the host shall continue the

state machine by sending command 0x32

Bin 127 respectively bin 255 is used as scaling factor for this

type of histograms. The scaling factor is 0 for no scaling, 1 for

2x, 2 for 4x and so on.
