Description

The STDRIVE102BH and the STDRIVE102H are triple half-bridge gate drivers

suitable for 3-phase brushless motor driving.

The STDRIVE102BH/H is the optimal solution for battery supplied motor driver

applications such as power tools, vacuum cleaner and small appliances thanks to its

very efficient stand-by mode, that strongly reduce the current consumption when the

device is not active.
