and the parameter values defined in AC characteristics tables for M95512-W (when VCC > 2.5 V).
2. If the application uses the device at 2.5 V
≤ VCC ≤ 5.5 V and –40 °C ≤ TA ≤ +85 °C, please refer to Table 20
instead of the above table.
3. Not for new designs (previous products are identified by process letters AB)
4. tCH + tCL must never be less than the shortest possible clock period, 1 / fC(max)
5. Characterized only, not tested in production.
