Read device information

Product specific information is stored in the ROM area and can be read using a dedicated

operating code (<Read Device Information>).

7.1

ID-Header

The <Address Range> specifies the highest ROM address which contains <Device

Information>.

The standard value if no additional information registers are present is 03H

(

 content of ID-Header is: XX00 0011)

The <Family Identifier> specifies the product family according to the following family codes:
