Outline drawings

STMicroelectronics delivers any of the two alternative dual source cap assemblies as detailed in the drawings

below. Both versions are transparent for the customer, since the pad and substrate design are identical for both

versions and have no impact on customer PCB design. Ranging performances, reflow, and technical parameters

are identical for all module designs presented in the figures below.
