Absolute maximum ratings
Stresses above the absolute maximum ratings listed in Table 1 may cause permanent damage to the device.
Exposure to maximum rating conditions for extended periods may affect device reliability.
Two separated reference grounds are present in the device: GND and AGND. All voltages reported in Table 1 are
considered shorting AGND and GND pins, unless otherwise specified.
