DERIVING CDS(OFF) FROM OFF ISOLATION
The following equations is used to derive CDS(OFF) from off isolation
measurements taken using the test circuit in Figure 64.

where:
CDS(OFF) is the switch capacitance seen through the switch when all
switches are off.
f is the signal frequency.
RL is the 50 Ω load resistance.
OFFISO is the measured off isolation.
