The CRC16 module signature is based on the CRC-CCITT standard. REF Voltage Reference (Link to user's guide) The reference module (REF) is responsible for generation of all critical reference voltages that can be used by the various analog peripherals in the device. Embedded Emulation Module (EEM) (S Version) (Link to user's guide) The EEM supports real-time in-system debugging.
