In Figure 24 and 25, two phase node waveforms of high-CRSS (CRSS = 315 pF) and low-
CRSS (CRSS = 190 pF) devices are compared. These FETs are mounted on a 3-phase VRM
(fSW = 500 kHz, VOUT = 1.4 V, RG,HS = RG,LS = 2.2 Ω, CSNUB = 4.7 nF, RSNUB = 2.2 Ω) and
the load current is 80 A.
