(35 µm), while the outer layers are 2 oz. (70 µm). A typical curve of maximum load current versus ambient temperature, for both the LM53603 and LM53602, is shown in Figure 18. This data was taken with the device soldered to a PCB with an RθJA of about 17°C/W and an input voltage of 12 V. It must be remembered that the data shown in these graphs are for illustration only and the actual performance in any given application depends on all of the factors mentioned above. Figure 17.
