76 / 200 page  Quiet state When in the Quiet state, the ST25DVxxx answers any request with the Address_flag set, except for Inventory requests. Selected state In the Selected state, the ST25DVxxx answers any request in all modes (see Section 7.4.3 Modes): • Request in Select mode with the Select_flag set • Request in Addressed mode if the UID matches • Request in Non-Addressed mode as it is the mode for general requests Table 92. The intention of the state transition method is that only one ST25DVxxx should be in the Selected state at a time. When the Select_flag is set to 1, the request shall NOT contain a unique ID.
