Squelch is enabled 18.88μs -151μs after the end of transmission, as defined in
sq_del<1:0>.
Squelch is enabled until the time defined on sqt<7:0>.
In case sqt < sq_del, there is no squelch period (and Gain reduction from
previous reception are used as starting point for AGC).
In case sqt > mrt, Squelch is enabled until the MRT expires.
