4. Calculate the frequency component at the IF frequency for this
case.
5. Subtract the result obtained in Step 4 from the result in Step 2.
6. Apply error correction and further processing to the result of
Step 5).
The order of the steps described can be changed, and the frequen-
cy sweep without RF signal can be stored in memory for correction
of future measurements.
