3 REGISTER & MEMORY MAP

As shown in Figure 4, the MCU is capable of ad-

dressing 64 Kbytes of memories and I/O registers.

The available memory locations consist of up to

512 bytes of RAM including 64 bytes of register lo-

cations, and up to 16K bytes of user program

memory in which the upper 32 bytes are reserved

for interrupt vectors. The RAM space includes up

to 128 bytes for the stack from 0100h to 017Fh.

The highest address bytes contain the user reset

and interrupt vectors.

served area can have unpredictable effects on the

device.
