7 Electrical Characteristics
VBAT = 1.0V to 1.8V, TA = -20ºC to +85ºC. Typical values are at VBAT = 1.5V, TA = +25ºC, unless otherwise specified. All limits are guaranteed.
The parameters with min and max values are guaranteed with production tests or SQC (Statistical Quality Control) methods.
