The crystal should be located as close as possible to CLKEB and CLKEA pins. 2. Recommended value for CX is 27 pF and Rs 220 Ω. These values may depend on the specific crystal characteristics and PCB layout. See example below. For further information please refer to Atmel doc43084 “Crystal Selection Guidelines” application note. 3. As a requirement of PRIME specification, the System Clock tolerance from which transmit frequency and symbol timing are derived shall be ± 50 ppm maximum. Crystal Stability/Tolerance/Ageing values must be selected according to standard PRIME requirements. Table 10-6.
