SAFETY_ERRORn
This pin must be connected to ground (VSS) through a separate external
pull resistor to make sure the pin is held to a valid logic low level if a PCB
signal trace is connected and not actively driven by an attached device. The
internal pull–down can be used to hold a valid logic low level if no PCB signal
trace is connected to the ball.

This pin must be connected to 1.2V supply (VDD).

Each of these pins must be connected to the corresponding power supply
through separate external pull resistors to make sure these balls are held to

If VSYS_MON is not used, this pin can be connected (shorted) directly to
ground (VSS).
ADC ZCZ PIN
ADC[0:4]_AIN[0:5]
Any unused ADCx_AINy input pin for any ADC instance (ADC[0:4]_AIN[0:5])
must be connected (shorted) directly to ground (VSS).
ADC_R ZCZ PIN
ADC_R[0:1]_AIN[0:3]
Any unused ADC_Rx_AINy input pin for any ADC_R instance
(ADC_R[0:1]_AIN[0:3]) must be connected (shorted) directly to ground
(VSS).
LVCMOS ZCZ PIN
Any LVCMOS Voltage Buffer

If an associated IOMUX pad configuration register exists for a given pin,
the pin can remain unconnected. After PORz, the LVCMOS voltage buffer is
configured to a default state compatible with an unconnected ball.

the on-die OSPI flash module OSPI_RESET_OUT0 must be connected to an
open-drain equivalent of PORz.
