This bit set to 1 means the ADM1029 can support GPIO0, available on
Pin 19.

This bit set to 1 means the ADM1029 can support GPIO1, available on
Pin 20.

GPIO 2 = 1 (Pin 11)

This bit set to 1 means the ADM1029 can support GPIO2, available on
Pin 11.
