Get System Info
When receiving the Get System Info command, the M24LR04E-R sends back its information
data in the response.The Option_flag is not supported. The Get System Info can be issued
in both Addressed and Non Addressed modes.
The Protocol_extension_flag must be set to 0. Table 70 shows the M24LR04E-R response
to the Get System Info command depending on the value of the Protocol_extension_flag.

Information flags set to 0Fh. DSFID, AFI, Memory Size and IC reference fields are
present.

Memory size. The M24LR04E-R provides 128 blocks (7Fh) of 4 bytes (03h)

IC reference: the 8 bits are significant.
